webview disable scrolling

Webview is a control which disable webview scrolling in windows store apps recently i was creating an app and i wanted to disable the horizontal & vertical. I do not want any scrolling in the webview control. how do i do this? i tried disabling attached properties scrollviewer.horizontalscrollmode..
